Joe graduated from the University of North Texas in 2013 with a Bachelor's in New Media Design and earned a Juris Doctor's degree from Texas A&M University in 2018. He was awarded the "Mean Green" Student Unity Award in 2012 for his efforts in promoting diversity within the North Texas community.

When Joe's not practicing law, he dedicates his time to his nonprofit, Benny's Books, a nonprofit dedicated to fighting illiteracy and promoting diversity. He's particularly proud of the leadership program that he developed for at-risk youth during the summer. Joe believes that everyone deserves the opportunity to succeed, and he's committed to providing resources and education to those who need it most. His work with Benny's Books is a testament to his dedication to diversity, education, and community. Joe is also an avid reader, a fitness enthusiast who loves hiking, and an artist who enjoys painting in his free time.

Joe is the founder of Robles Jr Law, where he specializes in personal injury cases such as motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, and dog bites. Joe's passion for activism, coupled with his legal prowess, has earned him a reputation as a skilled negotiator and a fierce advocate for his clients. Prior to founding Robles Jr Law, Joe was the managing attorney at Bailey & Galyen in the pre-litigation department.
